Delaware, DJ Basin E&P Ups Capex 63% for 2017; $2.3-2.6 Billion

Noble Energy reported its guidance for 2017.

Key Points: Organic capital expenditures for 2017 are estimated to be between $2.3 and $2.6 billion (up +63% from ~$1.5 billion spent in 2016). Approximately 75 percent of the total capital program is allocated to U.S. onshore development, primarily focused on liquids-rich opportunities in the DJ Basin, Delaware Basin, and Eagle Ford. Rig Activity:

Noble Energy's total U.S. onshore rig count is expected to average more than eight operated rigs for 2017, exiting the year with nine.
