In its Q3 call, EOG's EVP of E&P David Trice talked about drilling its first well in the play: "The Curry 21X #1VH, which IP-ed in August, was the third well drilled and had the longest lateral at 10,500 feet. Data collected on the first two wells was used to dial in the correct target before drilling the two-mile Curry well.
