EnLink, Encana Alums Create New Midstream Partnership

Fort Worth-based Brazos Midstream Holdings, LLC has partnered with Old Ironsides Energy, LLC to pursue the acquisition and development of midstream assets in the United States. The Brazos management team possesses broad energy experience across all commodities and throughout a variety of onshore U.S. basins and will initially focus on the development of crude and natural gas gathering, treating and processing assets.
Brazos' management team is led by its four founding partners who have a track record of successful execution in the energy industry. The team includes Chief Executive Officer Brad Iles; Chief Financial Officer William Butler; Chief Commercial Officer Stephen Luskey; and Chief Operating Officer Ryan Jaggi.
