Far East Energy Corporation has announced an extension of the maturity date of its existing Facility Agreement with Standard Chartered Bank (SCB).
The maturity date of the Facility Agreement with SCB has been extended to June 1, 2015 , from the previous maturity date of April 30, 2015 .
Far East Energy Corporation will continue to advise its shareholders at appropriate times, and with appropriate details, as developments progress.
