Kinder Morgan, Inc. has finalized its deal with Pembina Pipeline Corp., which included the sale of its Cochin Pipeline as well as its Kinder Morgan Canada subsidiary.
The deal is valued at approximately $2.5 billion and was initially announced in August 2019.
This sale marks Kinder Morgan's exit from Canada.
