Legacy Reserves LP reported changes to its board of directors.
In association with his promotion to CEO, Dan Westcott, has been appointed to the Board of Directors effective immediately.
Additionally, Cary Brown, a former CEO of Legacy's predecessor entity, has elected to resign as a director of the Board coincident with Mr. Westcott's appointment.
