Lilis Energy, Inc. announced the appointment of Joe Pawelek as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.
The Company also announced it has engaged CorProminence LLC as its investor relations firm of record. Mr. Pawelek brings to his role at Lilis Energy exemplary experience across a variety of roles from finance and financial reporting, to preparing and assessing reserves and capital budgeting, to M&A and valuation. Prior to joining Lilis Energy, Mr. Pawelek served as Associate and Head of Business Development at Brushy Resources, Inc. since 2012. Prior to his employment with Brushy Resources, Mr. Pawelek enjoyed a career in the NFL, playing linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks and the Jacksonville Jaguars, after a decorated collegiate career. Mr. Pawelek earned a degree from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
