Marlin Midstream Launches $125 Million IPO

Marlin Midstream Partners LP, a Delaware limited partnership, has launched its initial public offering of 6,250,000 common units representing limited partner interests.
The common units are expected to trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "FISH." The underwriters of the offering will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 common units from Marlin to cover over-allotments, if any.
The offering represents a 35.1 percent limited partner interest in Marlin, or a 40.4 percent limited partner interest if the underwriters exercise in full their option to purchase additional common units.
