New E&P Scores $500 Million; Looking For Assets

Providence Energy has announced that Oaktree Capital Management will invest up to $500 million in new company. 

The company will focus on mineral and royalty acquisitions and will be called Sierra Energy Holdings LLC. Sierra will pursue the acquisition of mineral and royalty interests throughout the continental United States.
