Newfield Exploration Company today reported its second quarter 2016 unaudited financial and operating results.

Key Points: The Company's 2016 capital budget was increased to $700 $750 million (previous capital range: $625 $675 million) The increase reflects approximately $40 million for two STACK pilots (previously disclosed), and approximately $50 million for additional drilling activities on existing assets and assets associated with recently acquired properties in STACK.
