Fresh off record-setting drilling performance in Q2, the company is approaching the remainder of the year with precision. Thanks to accelerated integration of AI-driven tools and a harmonized rig fleet across legacy assets, Expand has achieved a step-change in drilling efficiency. In Haynesville alone, drilling footage per day jumped 25%, while Appalachia operations pushed even higher — with Northeast Appalachia improving 62% and Southwest Appalachia setting U.S. land records for lateral length.
