Noble Midstream Partners announced the appointment of Thomas (Hodge) H. Walker to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Walker was appointed by Noble Energy to fill the vacancy left by Charles (Chip) J. Rimer, Senior Vice President, Global Services of Noble Energy, who resigned from the Board immediately prior to Mr. Walker’s appointment.
Noble Midstream’s Board consists of seven directors, including three independent directors.
About Walker
Mr. Walker was elected Senior Vice President of Noble Energy in February 2018, and is currently responsible for U.S. Onshore operations. Since joining Noble Energy in 2007, Mr. Walker served in various leadership roles, including Vice President of West Africa and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, beginning in 2014, and prior to that as Director of Strategic Planning, Environmental Analysis and Reserves. Mr. Walker also managed Noble Energy’s operated West Africa assets, non-operated international assets and frontier business ventures and was a member of Noble Energy’s business development team. Prior to joining Noble Energy, Mr. Walker held various positions at Amoco and BP America.
