Oasis Petroleum Reports $4.8 Billion Impairment; Postpones 1Q'20 Release

Oasis Petroleum in a filing said it is postponing the release of its q1 earnings, citing ""the finalization of certain documentation which may impact the presentation and disclosure of certain financial statement line items."

The company also said it expects to report a $4.8 billion impairment charge, primarily attributable to the significant decline in realized prices for crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids.

Revenue was $378.8 million, down (30%) from last year.   The company has long-term debt of $2.7 Billion of which $1.5 billion in due in the next two years.
