Operator Adding 5 Rigs to Eagle Ford, Permian in 2020

BPX Energy, the lower 48 operating arm of BP plc, said something really interesting during the 3Q analyst call.
Before we jump into that, just some quick look at the company operations. As you might remember, BP acquired the Eagle Ford, Haynesville and Permian assets from BHP (click here for more info on the deal).
The company guided that it planned on investing $2 billion this year across the three areas. That budget was re-iterated during the call.
