PE-Backed Presidio Seals Deal for Templar's Anadarko Basin Assets

Presidio Investment Holdings LLC has finalized its acquisition of bankrupt Templar Energy LLC's asset portfolio, which is focused on the Anadarko Basin.

Prior to Presidio's offer, top bidders for the assets had included Tapstone at $65 million (June 25, 2020) and Zarvona at $88 million.

Presidio Petroleum is backed by Morgan Stanley.

Templar's Acreage Production

The company's production was 12,208 BOEPD (23% oil) as of March 2020.
