Pine Brook-backed GR Energy Services Signs Agreement With Baker Hughes

Baker Hughes and GR Energy Services today announced a preferred services agreement. Initially focusing on the provision of wireline services in the New Mexico, Texas and Louisiana oilfield markets, the agreement provides for the sharing of products and geoscience capabilities between both companies to better serve the companies’ combined customer bases.
“This agreement will allow our customers greater efficiency, flexibility and opportunity to lower costs, by significantly expanding the availability of Baker Hughes’ leading technologies and the service portfolio available from GR Energy Services,” said Billy Anthony, Senior Vice President of Wireline for GR Energy Services.
