Remora Petroleum Files for Bankruptcy
Remora Petroleum has filed for bankruptcy, according to multiple reports.
The Austin, Texas-based company has several op and non-op assets across the US, including the DJ Basin, Anadarko Basin, Gulf Coast, among others.
Remora filed the documents within the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas and will be looking to eliminate ~$85 million in debt.
