Rex Energy Corporation intends to offer $250 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2022 in a private placement, subject to market conditions.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Senior Notes to repay all of the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
