SandRidge has reported that it is increasing its board of directors from five to seven members to accommodate two independent nominees put forth by Icahn Capital.
In addition, the company recommends shareholders support its current directors Sylvia K. Barnes, Kenneth H. Beer, Michael L. Bennett, William M. Griffin and David J. Kornder.
