Second Largest Private Midland Basin E&P Eyes IPO Market

Endeavor Energy, a privately held midland basin focused E&P has reported via Reuters that it is considering an IPO. 

The company currently has over 330,000 net acres in the midland basin in the 'core of the core,' where acreage prices have escalated from $10,000 per acre to $40,000 per acre.   The company has drilled over 5000 wells and has seen significant portions of its acreage de-risked.
