Seven Generations Announces $300MM Private Placement

Seven Generations Energy Ltd. has increased the size of its previously announced bought deal financing to 21,428,600 common shares at a price of $14.00 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $300 million, up from the $260 million that was announced in 7G’s news release on February 9, 2016. In all other respects, the terms of the financing and use of proceeds remain as previously disclosed.
This financing with a syndicate of underwriters is being co-led by Peters & Co. Limited and RBC Capital Markets.
