Swift Energy Announces The Promotion of Chris Abundis

Swift Energy Company, announced today that its Board of Directors has promoted Chris Abundis to Corporate Secretary effective August 12, 2012. Mr. Abundis joined Swift Energy Company in 2005 as Associate Corporate Counsel and has most recently served as Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Abundis will continue to serve as Senior Counsel.
Since joining Swift Energy, Mr. Abundis has provided legal consultation in corporate governance, securities law and other corporate related matters. Mr. Abundis received Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 2001 and a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in 2005.
