TORC Raises Capital to Finance Latest Acquisition

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. has announce the closing today of its previously announced bought deal prospectus offering of subscription receipts and its previously announced private placement of subscription receipts to the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
Pursuant to the Bought Deal Financing, TORC issued 28,520,000 subscription receipts at a price of $10.10 per subscription receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of $288,052,000, which includes the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters.
