TPH Partners Forms New Permian Water Services Company

TPH Partners is pleased to announce the formation of EnWater Solutions, LLC through the combination of its existing water business in the Permian and assets acquired from Pelagic Water Systems, LLC. The combination of these two entities creates a multi-service water management company spanning services ranging from high-volume saltwater disposal facilities to permanent and temporary water pipelines.
EnWater is led by Micky Thacker, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience at Flint Energy Services, where he enjoyed a long, successful career leading operating units and was instrumental in overseeing Flint’s expansion into new geographies and additional service lines.
