UPDATE: Oasis, Lenders Discussing Restructuring Following Missed Interest Payment
UPDATE (9/18): Oasis Enters Grace Period; Eyes Possible Restructuring

Following its missed interest payment due date (see details below), Oasis Petroleum Inc. has entered into a 30-day grace period regarding the interest payment on its debt notes.

The missed payment involved its 6.875% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2022 and 2.625% Senior Unsecured Convertible Notes due 2023.

The company is in discussions with its lenders and a group of ad hoc noteholders on a comprehensive financial restructuring.
