Detailed Look; Tall City, Plymouth Petroleum Permian Asset Sales $1.3 Billion

As we reported back on October 7th, Tall City Exploration was selling its acreage for more than $750 million.
It is now clear that the Shanghai-listed Yantai Xinchao is purchasing assets from Tall City Exploration & Plymouth Petroleum LLC.
If the number above is correct, then we can assume that the company is paying $750 million for Assets (77,000 net acres) from Tall City and $550 million for the assets from Plymouth Petroleum LLC.
While we don't know much about the assets from Plymouth Petroleum LLC, we do know quite a bit about the Tall City Assets. We are also assuming that Yantai is assuming Tall City's $50 mm in debt.
