Diamondback Energy detailed its 2019 development plans, budget and guidance.

CEO Travis Stice noted that the budget / operating plans could be cut if commodity price volatility continues: "If commodity prices continue to decline, we will further reduce activity to match our budget to expected annual operating cash flow."
