Eagle Ford Player Lucas Energy Running Out of Cash

Lucas Energy, Inc. reported that on February 28, 2014, Lucas was notified by the NYSE that it is not in compliance with one of the Exchange's continued listing standards as set forth in Part 10 of the NYSE MKT Company Guide.
Lucas, which has a market capitalization of $29.7 million, has interests in 4,510 net acres in South Texas’ Eagle Ford, primarily in Gonzales, Wilson and Karnes counties.
