Enerplus Wraps Up $312MM Deal for Hess' Bakken Assets
Enerplus Corp. has closed its previously announced acquisition of Williston Basin assets from Hess Corp. for a total cash purchase price of $312 million in cash.
The deal was initially struck on April 8, 2021.
The purchase price was funded with existing cash on hand and by borrowing on the Company's bank credit facility.
