Marathon Oil Corp. reported its third quarter 2015 results.

Key Points:  Closed non-core asset sales in East Texas, North Louisiana and Wilburton, Oklahoma for approximately $100 million North America E&P production available for sale averaged 263,000 net barrels of oil equivalent per day (boed) for third quarter 2015, a 5 percent increase over the year-ago quarter and compared to 274,000 net boed for second quarter 2015.
