Midstream Company Files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

Martin Midstream Partners has filed for bankruptcy.

The company has entered into a restructuring support agreement with holders that beneficially own over 62% in principal amount of the Partnership and FinanceCo’s 7.25% Unsecured Notes due 2021.
