Noble Drills First 10,000' Lateral in the Delaware Wolfcamp; DJ Basin Volumes Up from Q1

Noble reported its Q2 2017 results. Highlights from its release / conference call include:

- Exited Marcellus play

- Quarterly sales volumes of 408 MBoe/d, up 7% from Q1 2017

In the Q2 conference call, EVP of Operations Gary Willingham commented: "We remain on track to deliver our original annual volume guidance of 340,000 to 350,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day."

- Cut drilling costs per lateral foot 20-30% from 2016

- Averaged 8 rigs in Q2 (Delaware 4.5 / DJ Basin 2 / Eagle Ford 1.5)

First 10,000' Lateral Wolfcamp A Well (Delaware Basin)

Noble drilled its first 10,000 foot lateral well, completed in the Wolfcamp A Upper zone with 3,000 pounds of proppant per lateral foot.
