Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. announced the appointment of Nicholas O'Grady as President, in addition to his current role as Northern's Chief Financial Officer.
Bahram Akradi, Chairman of the Board, said: "Since joining Northern in June 2018, Mr. O'Grady has been instrumental in the acquisitions and financing transactions that have positioned Northern to thrive by fortifying our balance sheet and nearly doubling our production. Mr. O'Grady has championed our transition to a free cash flow model as both a leader internally and a trusted voice to investors, and I look forward to continuing our work together as we seek to drive shareholder returns."
