Rumor : NGP Looking to Sell Oilfield Water Logistics (OWL)
Bloomberg is reporting that NGP is looking to sell Oilfield Water Logistics. The company is said to be worth between $500 and $700 million. Oilfield Water Logistics (OWL) owns water infrastructure focused on gathering and disposing of produced water in the Permian Basin.
The company might be looking to take advantage of the increase in activity we are seeing with oilfield water management companies securing hundreds of million in value through the acquisition and divestiture markets.
