Several E&P's Talk Oilfield Water Management Strategies

The oilfield water market is heating up and E&P companies are actively talking / thinking about different strategies.
The main question being asked is whether to take the cash now (from a sale) and risk higher LOE later or keep the asset internally and find creative ways to continue driving down LOE cost.
For some operators, water management is 60-70% of the their LOE, therefore getting this balance right is essential to their longterm cost management.
