ProductionCompared to prior quarters and the prior year, Whiting's Bakken production has slightly decreased while it has seen significant growth in the DJ Basin (up +205% YOY). This is despite the company spending the bulk of its capex on Bakken ops.
DJ Basin - TIL 16 Wells; Production Up Over +250% YOYWhile Whiting drilled no wells in the Redtail area during the quarter, 16 Niobrara wells were put on production in Q2.
Production is currently up +250% YOY at 22 MBOEPD - this compares to 6,610 BOEPD in 2Q17.
