Wildhorse Tests New "Gen4" Design with Over 20% More Proppant; Adds Rig in Louisiana

WildHorse Resource Development reported its Q2 2017 results. Highlights include:

- Q2 production of 22.6 Mboe/d (up +55% YOY)

- Brought online 21 gross wells in Q2 (18 Eagle Ford / 1 Austin Chalk / 2 North Louisiana)

- Full year 2017 capex remains unchanged at $550 million to $675 million

- Faster Drill Times in Eagle Ford: Achieved an average drilling time of 13.2 days from spud to rig release on all Eagle Ford rigs in the second quarter with the fastest well to date drilled in 8.9 days

- Currently testing new "Gen4" Well Design

Slickwater 4,000-5,000 lbs/foot of proppant (up +21% from 2016 at midpoint) 100-150' stage spacing 6-9 clusters / stage
