Big E&P Players Talk 2014 Spending; Many to Focus on Texas Ops

Four E&P operators have just detailed their capital budgets and operations plans for 2014.

Rosetta Resources, SM Energy, Argent Energy Trust and Eagle Energy Trust are all betting a large amount of their 2014 investments on Texas plays. While other operators are planning to cut back on Eagle Ford activity in 2014, these budgets assert that there is still strong interest in that play as well as the Permian and Delaware basins.
