CNOOC Ups Spending, Drilling ~30% YOY; Details New Projects for 2020

CNOOC Limited has detailed its business strategy and development plan for the year 2020.

The company is increasing spending and drilling activity across the board. However, production is only slated to increase 4% from year-end 2019 totals.

2020 Details New Projects for 2020

In 2020, ten new projects are expected to come on stream, namely the following:
