Centennial Resources Files First IPO In Two Years

Delaware Basin-focused Centennial Resources has filed a S1 to go public on the NASDAQ. The proposed maximum offering is $100 Million. The will be the first IPO since Seven Generations' IPO in November 2014.
Their assets are concentrated in the Delaware Basin, a sub-basin of the Permian Basin, which consists of large, contiguous acreage blocks in Reeves, Ward and Pecos counties in West Texas.
As of June 15, 2016, the company portfolio included 61 operated producing horizontal wells. The horizontal wells span an area approximately 45 miles long by 20 miles wide where we have established commercial production in five distinct zones: the 3rd Bone Spring Sandstone, Upper Wolfcamp A, Lower Wolfcamp A, Wolfcamp B and Wolfcamp C. according to the S1.
