Crescent Point Closes on Unita Basin, Saskatchewan Divestitures
Crescent Point Energy Corp. has closed both of its recently announced asset sales, including:
- The sale of its entire Uinta Basin portfolio for $525 million to an undisclosed buyer. This deal signals the company's exit from the basin.
- The sale of its conventional Saskatewan assets for $159 million. The buyer was unnamed in this deal as well.
The deals were originally announced on September 3, 2019.
