Halliburton Cuts Jobs in Oklahoma, California

Service giant Halliburton has reported job cuts at two of its regional offices.
According to The Oklahoman, Halliburton is closing up shop at its El Reno, OK offices, which results in the loss of over 800 jobs. The office served operators in the Midcontinent region.
Additionally, Reuters has reported that the company has cut ~70 employees at its plant in Bakersfield, California.
This comes after the company reported plans to stack equipment and cut costs in its Q3 report.
The frac market has taken a hit, losing some 24% of the fleets from the begining of the year according to Shale Experts Frac Database. Halliburton controlled some 23% of the Frac market.
