Midstream Madness: More Companies Looking to Cash In

In recent weeks, the industry's midstream sector has seen several new companies forming and filing IPOs:

Shell Midstream

Shell Midstream priced its 40 million-share IPO at $920 million on October 29, 2014. 

The common units will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 29, 2014 under the ticker symbol "SHLX."

Antero Midstream Partners

Antero Midstream Partners has recently commenced its initial public offering on October 27, 2014. The company expects its 37.5 million-share IPO to carry a price tag between $19-21.00 per share, for a total value of $712.5 to $787.5 million.

The Partnership has been approved to list its common units on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AM."
