Noble Energy Inc. has initiated changes to its workforce and employee schedules in response to the market uncertainty, according to a report by the Denver Business Journal.
The company has furloughed ~30% of its employees to "part time status." With a current workforce of approximately 2,280 people (as of year-end 2019), ~685 people will be affected by the changes.
Noble did note that the changes are only temporary and will last for three to six months.
