PDC Energy Inc. has reported that its shareholders have voted to re-elect Barton R. Brookman, Mark E. Ellis, and Larry F. Mazza to the Company’s Board of Directors.
This effectively ends the proxy battle with activist investor Kimmeridge Energy, who owns ~5.1% of PDC.
Earlier this year, Kimmeridge had nominated its founder Ben Dell, Alice Gould and James Adelson for board membership, all of which were ultimately rejected.
