Parsley : Spent $1.0 Billion On Acquisitions; Up Capital & Drilling Programs

Throughout 2016, Parsley Energy has added to its Permian arsenal via four separate deals valued at over $1.0 billion:

April 2016 - $215MM: Picked up additional acreage in the Midland Basin April 2016 - $114MM: Acquired acreage in the Southern Delaware Basin May 2016 - $280MM: Added to its Delaware Basin minerals and leasing rights August 2016 - $400MM: Inked a bolt-on acreage deal in the Glasscock County area of the Midland Basin

The four deals have bolstered Parsley's portfolio by a total of 37,265 net acres (17,851 Midland Basin / 19,414 Delaware Basin)

21% More Completions & 11% More Capital

As a result of its bolstered assets, the company has increased its 2016 guidance to include more capital and more well completions.
