Sanchez Energy's stock has been delisted from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as the company continues to grapple with financial woes.
According to a report by the Houston Chronicle, the development occurred after Sanchez missed the deadline to file a plan to get its stock price above $1.00/share.
The company's stock was suspended from trading as of Wednesday, February 20, 2019.
Sanchez has yet to schedule their year-end/Q4 2018 results and conference call.
