U.S. Energy Corp. has appointed Ryan Smith as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 10, 2019.
Mr. Smith fills the CEO position previously held by C. Randel Lewis. The Board also elected Mr. Smith to continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since 2017.
