GeoPark Launches Private Debt Offering to Fund Latest Deal

GeoPark Limited has launched an offering of senior notes in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers.
The amount of the offering was not disclosed.
The net proceeds from the Notes offering will be used by the Company to finance the previously announced acquisition by the Company of Amerisur Resources Plc.
