Eni on Hunt for Buyer as it Looks to Unload Australian Gas Assets
Eni SPA has tapped an advisor as it moves to find a buyer for its Australian gas assets, according to a report by Reuters.
The company has tapped Citi to aid in the sale, which could fetch up to $1.0 billion.
Eni's Australia assets include:
- Blacktip Gas Project - offshore Northern Territory
- Stake in the Bayu-Undan field
- Stake in the Darwin LNG Plant
